-45- Queesting

Standard

Verb. From Dutch.

“To allow your lover underneath the bedsheets with you to have a chat”

Queesting

I first misread this as ‘questing’ and thought it would be a faux-ami but it has that sly, extra ‘e’ in there, and of course has the Dutch pronunciation of the ‘g’ which is something akin to a glottal fricative (which kind of sounds like a gargle, I guess?!)

PLEASE NOTE: this has nothing to do with the phrase dutch oven. At least, I hope it doesn’t.
