Similar to a few other words recently (possibly as this is getting harder to do as the days wear on…) I couldn’t find much to do with Sejengkal online. And sure, I guess you could say that ‘hand span’ is a pretty good equivalent in English despite it being two words. Nevertheless, if you search for the name in Google, you’ll find a lot of music and YouTube video by someone who I can only assume has this as part of their name, although I’m not completely certain on that one. Try it for yourself.
