“An unnecessarily long, boring or tiresome speech, story or letter”


מגילה‎ literally means ‘a scroll’ but can be used in a less formal context to mean the above. I propose adapting the meaning a little further, to encompass those who seem to adore the sound of their own voice, even when no-one else is listening or cares what they have to say. It would become very much useful in my daily life…
